A) Seating:

Please fill out the information for those who will be attending services for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. Tickets will be issued based on this information and will be required for entry. If you are a family or single member, you are entitled to a certain number of seats at no charge (one seat for a single member and two seats for family). However, you still must register for the seat(s). Specify the total number of seats that you need below. The price will be calculated automatically, including the complimentary member seats.

Please note that the prices listed are flat fees regardless of which days one plans to attend services (i.e., if one only plans to attend services on one day, the price structure remains the same).

Family Members: First 2 seats: no charge; Additional seats: $150 (adult), $75 (student)
Young Family (Under 40): First 2 seats: no charge; Additional seats: $150 (adult), $75 (student)
Single Members: First seat: no charge; Additional seats: $150 (adult), $75 (student)
Young Professional Members: First seat: no charge; Additional seats: $150 (adult), $75 (student)
Assoc. Members: $150 (adult), $75 (student)
Non-members: $200 (adult), $100 (student)

2. To complete your seat registrations, enter the names in the grid.
3. Select the seating location (Men or Women).
4. Select the service(s) the individual will be attending (All High Holidays, Rosh Hashana Only, Yom Kippur Only).

B) YID Children's Program:

Childcare (6 months - 4th grade)
Children will be separated into age appropriate groups.
Snacks will be provided.
Please bring the following for each child:
- A Kosher dairy or pareve lunch.
- A water bottle clearly labeled with the child's name.
- A hat for when we go outside.
- Diapers (labeled with the child's name) for those kids who need.

Rosh Hashana: 9:00 am - end of services
Kol Nidrei: 6:30 pm - end of services
Yom Kippur Day: 9:00 am - end of services
Neilah: 6:00 pm - end of services

Pricing
All five sessions: $100 per child
Individual sessions: $25 per session per child

Registration after September 7, 2023 is subject to a $10 late fee.
